The Standard Free Delivery Slots are given below on this page. We do not provide our service out of our Standard Delivery Slots time.

Our first priority is to deliver every day except weekly off, public holidays, weekly off of resource market etc. We have reserve right to make our office / services off on any day in case of its required for us but in this case the intimation will be flashed on home screen of mobile app a day before.

REPLACEMENT/CANCELLATION/REFUND POLICY

At EShoppingHub, we respect our customers and understand how much you value your every purchase. And we are committed to making your shopping experience with us as delightful as possible. Therefore, we try our best for your satisfaction on order and avoid rising up of cancellation & refund situations.

A-CANCELLATION FROM CUSTOMER'S END

In the rare event that if you are not satisfied with a product quality which you received OR you got wrong product OR product is not in good quality, you can cancel your order for said product only and return the items to the delivery personnel at time of delivery either you can contact to our Customer Support Team at +91 88 180 78 999 and we will do the needful. But you are requested to make your judgement of quality with a genuineness. Our first priority is to give 100% satisfaction to our customer in terms of quality and freshness and service. Accordingly we have FREE REPLACEMENT POLICY in which you can choose FREE REPLACEMENT of your product by next day delivery slot or can choose 100% REFUND. 

a) If you have selected Monthly Payment Method than there is no question about refund because we will take money at the end of month and said order will be corrected on same day for required correction on account of replacement or refund.

b) If you have selected Cash On Delivery Method than there is no question about refund because we will take money at the time of delivery and said order will be corrected at the delivery time on account of replacement or refund.

c) In case you have already made online payment by Cards/Net Banking/Wallets/UPI Payment Options, just intimate to our Customer Support Team at + 91 88 180 78 999 about your cancellation of order or such correction in your order, we will cancel your order and return your money to you without any deduction and without any compensation by the way Cash Mode or Online Payment (whatever refund payment mode accepted to you).

If you feel any replacement/change/return/cancellation, Please do it at the time of delivery only and once order delivered, the return/replacement/change/exchange will not be accepted. As well as the order of any half consumed/half used/packing opened item will not be accepted for cancellation & refund. 

Customers can cancel their order and can take money back (if money paid to EShoppingHub) before 05:00 AM of Delivery Day. Because we procure the stuff from 05:00 AM to 07:00 AM on delivery day and once the item procured we can not accept the cancellation of order and customer will be requested to cooperate with us to accept delivery of order.

B-CANCELLATION FROM ESHOPPINGHUB'S END

Our first priority is to deliver your order in time with quality to win your faith in us. In case of some below situations arises (but are not limited to), we can cancel your order and refund your money back to you without any deduction and without any compensation (if you have already paid) : 

  • Unavailability of the ordered product with our merchant/seller/recourse market or if the product is temporarily out of stock.

  • Insufficient or incomplete customer information (such as address and phone etc.)

  • Not picking of call at delivery stage or no response on delivery address (more than 10 minutes).
  • Constraints on the quantities of the product available for purchase. 

  • Identification of any problems by our Fraud Identification and Avoidance team.

  • Your location is outside of our Serviceable Area Range (service area ranges are given on website's front page and left menu section of mobile app).

  • Inconsistencies in the product, promotion or pricing details.

  • Restraint on the number of orders that can be places as per our Terms and Conditions.

  • Any other reason or situation beyond our control due to which we are not able to deliver your order. 

In Case of cancellation of order and refund (reason whatsoever) the money paid to EShoppingHub will be refunded without any deduction and without any compensation. We agree that will not deduct anything and customer agree that he/she will not ask for any compensation in any nature.
